Changed your mind?
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, you then have 14 days to return the goods.
Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Returning an item
You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless we tell you otherwise.
You may inspect an item as you would reasonably be able to in a shop. We may reduce the amount refunded if an item has been used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and this has reduced its value.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned goods, or receive evidence that they have been sent back where applicable, we will process your refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Where applicable, your refund will include the cost of our standard delivery option. Any additional amount paid for a more expensive delivery option does not have to be refunded.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, is not as described or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order details and, where helpful, photographs showing the problem so that we can resolve the issue.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
