2. Using our website
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must use the website only for lawful purposes.
3. Products
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting and the device used to view our website.
All products are subject to availability.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Goods supplied must meet the standards required by UK consumer law, including being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose where applicable.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). The total price of your order, including applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
5. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order where we are unable to supply the product, where there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.
We will notify you if we are unable to fulfil an order.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.
Our standard delivery charge is £4.99, with free standard delivery on orders of £50 or more.
Please allow approximately 5–10 working days for delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to circumstances outside our control.
Products within the same order may occasionally arrive separately.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel an online purchase, return goods and receive refunds are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
For most goods purchased online, consumers normally have the right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights you have under UK consumer law.
8. Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods
If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrectly supplied, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue.
UK consumers have statutory rights in relation to faulty, misdescribed and unsuitable goods.
9. Website content
The Roam & Hound name, branding, website content, text and original graphics may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by law.
10. Personal information
Personal information submitted through the store is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or attempts to exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, subject always to your statutory rights.
UK consumer-contract terms must be fair and transparent, and businesses cannot contract out of responsibilities for matters such as faulty or misdescribed goods.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version applicable to an order will be the version in effect when that order is placed.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom. Nothing in these terms deprives a consumer of any mandatory protections provided by the law applicable to them.
