Roam & Hound currently delivers to customers within the United Kingdom.

UK Standard Delivery
Standard delivery costs £4.99, with free standard delivery on orders of £50 or more.

Please allow approximately 5–10 working days for delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to circumstances outside our control.

Order processing and tracking
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Multiple-item orders
Products within the same order may occasionally be dispatched separately and arrive at different times. You will not be charged additional delivery fees because an order is sent in more than one parcel.

Delivery details
Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, although we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed.
